Features

The Virtual Nurse Companion responds to your requests for help and calls out for you if you’ve been absent for an unusual length of time. It can connect to a fall detector or smartwatch for extra safety.

If you need help, it will try the responders in your contacts list and get someone to check on you.

In case of emergencies, it can call an ambulance and tell the service what its concerns are. You can even start by describing symptoms and it will escalate to a live nurse to make sure you are looked after properly.

Health & Wellness

Your Companion knows what medications, exercises, and therapies your doctor has prescribed in your care plan and reminds you when they are due. It can answer your questions at and provide coaching.

Your Companion reminds you about your appointments and even when it is time to make a new one. When you have a video consultation it will ask you to sit down with it while it opens the call for you. It will share your data with your doctor so you don’t have to remember everything. It also remembers what the doctor says, so you can ask it at any time to repeat or clarify the advice that was given.

Engagement & Connection

Staying healthy isn’t just about medications and physical activity: your Virtual Nurse Companion is also there to keep you from getting lonely. It knows when your friends and family are available and can organise and make calls for you. It also keeps track of family celebrations and other special events so you’re prepared.

In addition, your Companion is hooked into your local community and keeps you informed about activities you might like to join. It can organise outings, book a ride to the shops, or get someone to visit you. It learns you about your interests and uses this information to find engaging online resources.

Finally, your Companion tracks your activity and mood, alerting your carers and close contacts that you need company or support.
